Editorial Team Selection Process

We select our Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors based on three rigorous criteria to ensure exceptional leadership and expertise:

1. Academic Excellence: A minimum of a doctorate from a recognized Tier-1 institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in research and scholarship, coupled with over 10 years of professional experience at a leading Tier-1 research institute in their region.

2. Proven Research Expertise: An outstanding record of academic and research contributions, with at least 50 publications or textbooks indexed in prestigious journals, reflecting their deep knowledge and thought leadership in their field.

3. Global Perspective: Extensive international experience, with exposure to world-class medical practices, the latest trends, and cutting-edge protocols, ensuring alignment with global standards and innovations.

For other members of the editorial board, we maintain high standards by requiring:

• At least five publications in reputed journals.
• A minimum of a doctorate, ensuring robust academic qualifications.
• Affiliation with a strong research institute, underscoring their professional credibility.
• International exposure to global practices and emerging trends in their area of expertise.
