Editorial Team Selection Process
We select our Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors based on three rigorous criteria to ensure exceptional leadership and expertise:
Academic Excellence: A minimum of a doctorate from a recognized Tier-1 institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in research and scholarship, coupled with over 10 years of professional experience at a leading Tier-1 research institute in their region.
Proven Research Expertise: An outstanding record of academic and research contributions, with at least 50 publications or textbooks indexed in prestigious journals, reflecting their deep knowledge and thought leadership in their field.
Global Perspective: Extensive international experience, with exposure to world-class medical practices, the latest trends, and cutting-edge protocols, ensuring alignment with global standards and innovations.
For other members of the editorial board, we maintain high standards by requiring:
- At least five publications in reputed journals.
- A minimum of a doctorate, ensuring robust academic qualifications.
- Affiliation with a strong research institute, underscoring their professional credibility.
- International exposure to global practices and emerging trends in their area of expertise.
